Seared Engawa Rice with Pickled Kombu
呢個左口魚飯真係有驚喜!米飯用鰹魚湯煮成類似Risotto嘅質感,既濃郁又帶海鮮鮮味,鋪面嘅左口魚經過炙燒,油脂滲入飯中,令每一啖都充滿豐富嘅魚香。但如果單食會比較膩,呢個時候配埋酸汁浸過嘅昆布一齊食,就剛剛好中和油膩感,味道更平衡,呢個細節做得幾好。
