中環嘉咸街最近多左好多人影壁畫,我地都打卡之後向上行,見到有間裝修好靚好中國風又好藝術餐廳,原來係吃四川菜。蓉城口水雞$218川汁乾燒蝦球$450乾煸四季豆 $180王太炒飯$218二人用餐先來一個冷盤蓉城口水雞,同平時嘅有啲唔同,佢嘅湯汁比較水,但係食落去嘅味道一啲都唔會輸蝕,依然保留四川嘅口水雞味道,呢個冷盤好適合做一個小小嘅開胃菜。川汁乾燒蝦球,係我好鍾意嘅一味菜,我本身好鍾意食辣野,但係呢一個汁並唔係太辣,微辣開胃加上大大啖嘅蝦球,再配以西蘭花清下口腔嘅味道,呢碟餸真係食極都唔夠喉。乾煸四季豆,四季豆煮得入味一啲都唔容易,好明顯呢個四季豆好夠火候,上面配上一啲乾乾地嘅肉碎,味道偏濃,好適合送飯食。講到飯,我哋就要咗個王太炒飯,好足餸料,口感有硬有軟,而且炒飯炒得好入味,好好食。—————————————如果喜歡我嘅文章,請幫幫忙follow 我,俾個like我。鼓勵下我繼續寫食評。多謝你。❤️
