今日同朋友係中環睇完戲之後去左這一間四川菜館吃午飯。餐廳的內部裝修得好有藝術感,但餐牌上的食物卻充滿居家感。同埋餐廳的川菜唔係平時食開好多油嗰種。我地點左兩份中午午餐,每人都有一碗雞茸粟米羹,個人認為栗米味好濃,但可能落多左鹽。小菜方面,我地叫左四川回鍋肉同埋麻婆豆腐,啲醬汁非常惹味,非常岩送飯,而且豆腐極滑,好有驚喜。蒸出來的白飯偏硬,但配上醬汁後,飯的硬度略減,變得岩岩好。我地仲叫左一份藤椒木耳,以辣度來講,係所有食物之冠,而且較為多油,個人覺得最濃味。

之前有同事食過四川菜大平伙話正,所以今日行soho之前就嚟呢度食lunch. 男朋友同我叫左兩個set meal:有粟米雞粒湯羮,主菜同埋白飯。我地order 宮保雞丁同埋回鍋肉。熱心嘅姐姐服務員送上冰水解渴後,我地眼睛忙住欣賞呢度嘅畫。原來呢度係一名畫家王亥wang hai 有份做老闆,我亦相信佢可能對香港有一啲情義結呢,因為從佢嘅畫我感覺到佢喜愛呢個城市。講返主菜,回鍋肉非常可口美味,豬肉肥瘦厚薄適中,椰菜新鮮,醬汁非常惹味,伴飯一流。宮保雞丁亦出色,雞丁嫩滑,唔會過辣過麻,伴上花生,口感一軟一脆,十分美味!

四川菜以辣聞名天下,而香港亦有不少川菜館,今次呢間就主打藝術畫廊主題,店內最吸引人的是一幅描繪香港特色的作品!非常有香港味道。另外店中有一條長走廊掛住不同作品以供欣賞及售賣,客人可以隨意參觀,作品充滿藝術氣息及懷舊風情至於餐廳食物水準也很不錯,川菜而言味道不是很辣,餐廳老闆把辣度調較成迎合大部分香港人的口味,所以也很適合香港人對川菜的需求個人認為最令人滿意的是口水雞,雞皮雞肉很嫩滑,而皮上的辣椒籽及油也配合得相當出色,食落口感豐富麻婆豆腐及回鍋肉的味道也令人滿意,整體而言食物質素令人感到很滿意!另外特別的是餐廳定期會舉辦不同的活動,客人有興趣就可以成為會員參加活動,幾有意義

今日尼到蘇豪呢邊,但想食中餐,但中環太多西餐。見到呢間四川菜,第一次試下。佢有個lunch set,百幾蚊,有湯有小菜同飯。就同朋友一人一個set,小菜share食。我同朋友都唔食得太辣,好在d送尼到都係小辣。先講個粟米湯,粒粒粟米都好足料。麻婆豆腐送飯就一流,不日唔係好中意食飯都食左好多飯。仲有個宮保雞丁,味道都剛好。可能閒日關係,人唔算多,啲位都坐得舒服。中環想食中菜嘅話,呢到都ok ,真心可以試下。

我地點左手拍青系同麻辣藕片,一清一濃味,青瓜好青脆

主菜揀左回鍋肉同宮保雞丁, 食得出傳統四川風味☺️☺️
