之前去過"大館",見到有Van Gogh 專門店售賣精品,店員告知在尖沙咀1881 Heritage開設了首家以梵谷為主題複合式餐廳Van Gogh SENSES旗艦店,我當然要去朝聖一番la餐廳內部裝修主要以梵谷歷年作品的色彩風格,整體洋溢着濃厚的藝術氣息,牆上更以不同形式的媒材轉化梵谷的作品。除了餐廳外,另一邊是梵谷藝術禮品部,這裏提供可自由配搭一系列啟發自梵谷名畫的精品包裝如甜點、茶葉及咖啡,全部由荷蘭直接運港,我也買了少精品和茶葉呢!餐具也非常精緻優雅,好食物配上靚餐具確能令人食慾大增。今晚揀咗兩個set dinner$ 680/per person, including Appetizer, Soup, Main Course, Dessert, Coffee or Tea餐包共有2款,合桃提子包口感綿密厚實,香草包香草味濃郁,加少許牛油已很美味!2款自家製麵包各具特色!醃製油甘魚配柚子珍珠及血橙醬~這個以醃製了的油甘魚為主的前菜,加上柚子珍珠,薄片青瓜,再以食用花作為裝飾,非常富藝術感,配以酸酸甜甜的血橙醬,在這炎熱的夏日增加了一份涼意和清新的感覺!龍蝦濃湯配自製意
