次次即興想來此處,因為時常book滿,所以好多時都幫襯唔到,今次终於來到。 裝修簡簡單單中有氣派,線條簡約橡木色椅幾喜歡,綠色瓦磚牆想起中式屋頂青瓦磚,白磁茶壼有醇厚感,還有一對順滑木筷子,及一套青磁食具,湖水綠純掃點金,清雅中帶點貴氣,呷啖香茶,摸模杯子,看看精美藝術品,未食,已滿足精神享受! 今次由波士發板,先來葱油餅$58,用深啡色平圓碟盛上,有朵小黄花,放在白色黑點麻石枱上,颜色對比好特出吸引,餅皮香酥薄脆有口感,葱足熟香甜,好過后園,好個上次三星葱。 惹味陳皮欖角骨$88,熱騰騰,半肥廋肉炸脆,骨脆可嚼可咬,件件有骨,只嚐到欖角甘香但不多,但陳皮味舌頭鼻孔感覺唔到,縱是如此,也不失其美味。 手捲雪茄$80,好矜貴,得一碌,用烘熱咗厚厚型格水晶玻璃冒煙灰缸的器皿盛上,七味粉灑卷頭,作燃點着,黑芝麻碎扮煙灰,擔番口大雪茄,餡鵝肉絲鞋,not juicy,without鵝香,話說鏞記開,出名係鹅,何解?波士建議為何不拆鹅頸肉絲作料又香,又唔肥。以此價貴在創意上。 新豬肉鮮蔬素腸粉$65,比我揀我一定唔揀,我唔喜歡食物經過精制去扮肉。餡有波菜紫薯粒,新豬肉碎像乾菌,質一般,味淡,腸粉
