To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日8點半去到，估唔到都要等位，好彩2人枱流轉得好快，40個籌，等15分鐘就等到😂 不過提提大家，阿姐好嚴格遵守過咗五張飛就唔等人嘅規矩，大家要注意啦！行入蘇媽。蘇媽，第一眼就望到牆上嘅單車，真係可以令人係呢段被禁足嘅期間幻想下自己去緊旅行。我同個friend唔係太肚餓，只係叫左份棒棒骨肉骨茶同椰香咖央多士。一叫完嘢食，阿姐就放低左兩個碗，好熱心咁即刻幫我哋加肉骨茶。 值得一讚嘅係，佢哋嘅肉骨茶可以無限refill，味道方面唔會太重回甘味，亦唔會太濃， 飲多幾碗都唔會覺得太濟，我同個friend total都refill左3碗😂至於份椰香咖央多士，入邊啲咖央多到爆曬出嚟，外脆內軟咁，作為今餐嘅甜品都唔錯👍🏻
