To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日我又再黎到位於旺角上海街618號地下G01號舖的蘇媽·蘇媽。呢度啲嘢真係好好食我哋首先叫咗「辣死你嗎」配炸雞腿。其實係是炸雞腿飯，配上花生和魚乾，一睇就垂涎欲滴。炸雞腿外皮酥脆，肉質鮮嫩，搭配的辣醬香氣四溢。另外我哋仲嗌咗玻璃魷魚配通菜。魷魚的口感好滑嫩，通菜就帶住清新的脆感，這道菜的調味啱啱好，相當清爽。嚟到呢度就梗係要試吓新鮮野，所以都嗌咗「話知你啦」薄餅配咖喱。薄餅底部酥脆，口感分明，搭配濃郁的咖喱，真是驚喜連連。甜品方面，我選擇了榴槤芝士蛋糕，榴槤的濃烈香味同埋芝士蛋糕綿密口感交融得恰到好處。上次品嘗的白咖啡蛋糕依然讓我印象深刻，那鬆軟的蛋糕加上香濃的白咖啡風味，甜而不膩，讓我回味無窮。最後，我叫左一杯凍檸檬薏米水，味道清新檸檬和薏米的搭配恰到好處，十分解渴。每次來訪都充滿期待！
