To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

湯咖喱麵($55)用米通粉，長而幼身，第一次食咖喱湯底嘅通粉，湯底唔辣，亦唔係好重咖喱味，反而好重椰汁 ，配料有豆角，豆卜，芽菜，薯仔，薄荷葉，魚蛋(個樣同豆卜好似)，魚肉卷，薯仔好好食，因為好入味，而魚蛋&魚肉卷就冇我想像中彈牙玻璃魷魚配通菜 ($48)次次都會點，魷魚非常爽口，白灼通菜加辣醬 ，不過今次好似冇上次咁辣海南鴛鴦燒麵包($38)朱古力多士+牛油+咖咉，多士永遠都烘到好脆，但係又唔會太燶，不過我覺得普通咖咉多好食啲，朱古力多事會搶味，令咖咉味道冇咁出桔仔話梅水($22)真係好解辣，又唔會太甜
