To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺香港食過唔少蘭州拉麵/牛肉拉麵，但係真真正正手拉麵嘅就唔多，呢間係其中一間。面身粗幼唔同，好明顯睇得出係手拉，入口有蛋香味同少許鹼水味，滑身但有啲咬口，ok但唔特別。湯底同牛肉就值得一讚，湯面有少許油花，飲落好有牛肉但唔咸唔味精，抵讚牛肉厚身，份量都算多，全部都係牛𦟌位，有筋有肉，但炆得好霖好入味，筋嘅部份入口即溶，肉嘅部份軟身唔塞牙唯一美中不足嘅應該係杯檸茶，真喺幾甜，下次會少甜so far呢個價錢嚟講cp值唔差，會有下次(見隔離枱菜飯好吸引，下次試下🤤)
