To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蘭桂坊除了酒吧林立,還有許多出色餐廳。今晚就在蘭桂坊吃日本料理。餐廳裝修有格調,燈光柔和,氣氛很好,適合情侶或朋友把酒言歡。日本料理最重要是新鮮和心思,這裏的食材全部由日本新鮮空運抵港,菜式看下去也頗精緻。點了6 course early autumn kaiseki,有前菜、刺身、清湯、燒物、飯和甜品,很豐富,加上另外加$280有5款酒,最適合愛酒人士,即是我哈哈!上善如水氣泡酒(新潟縣)氣泡酒,容易入口。前菜是清湯浸菊花、菊花、新秋之銀杏菊花很爽口,銀杏很脆,一起吃口感很豐富。新子壽司小小一件,魚肉嫩滑。配上大門x文 純米吟釀,突出魚的鮮味,正!刺身是吞拿魚腩、雞魚、牛鰍魚薄切。牛鰍魚味道最淡,由淡味刺身開始吃,很爽脆。雞魚刺身口感厚身爽脆。吞拿魚腩最肥美,油花好靚,入口魚味濃郁。配純米大吟釀吃刺身,真是覺得太爽啦!之後喝清湯蝦夷鮑魚配海膽,鮑魚夠甜,配海膽,口感幾特別,最欣賞鮑魚真是好清甜,保留了鮮味。之後吃朝燒京蔥鴨卷用鴨肉包蔥,蔥中和鴨肉的油脂,味道剛剛當好。再配純米大吟釀,這種酒酒味酒味最純,我很喜歡。再吃一碗宮崎牛肉飯,肉質軟滑,米飯香軟,人間美食!少不得甜品,甜品是綠茶
