To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為咗慶祝結婚周年，嚟咗喺中環蘭桂坊的Porterhouse食早午海鮮自助餐，實在大滿足！呢度環境優雅，氣氛輕鬆，特別適合慶祝特別的日子。😍一入到去，就被餐廳的裝潢吸引，現代與舒適並存，好舒服relax。自助餐嘅選擇非常豐富，今期主打龍蝦，及松露脆皮燒乳豬飯，真係好正😋一試難忘，仲有特別係海鮮方面，生蠔、長脚蟹，蝦🦐、青口等新鮮海鮮應有盡有！最令我印象深刻的係佢哋嘅松露燒乳豬飯燒到脆卜卜，肉質鮮嫩，肥瘦適中，配上黑松露味道層次昇華！蟹腳亦非常鮮甜，肉質緊實，簡直係人間美味！另外，不得不讚嘅係呢度嘅羊架及牛扒燒得好香，肉質非常鮮嫩，真係有齒頰留香嘅感覺！果然係牛扒專家！除此之外，餐廳提供的熱食選擇亦唔少，有廚師現場即煮意粉🍝可以自選各種配菜及醬汁，真係窩心😍呢度無論係是小食還是主菜，都能滿足到不同口味。甜品方面，巧克力慕斯、士多啤梨奶凍、Tiramisu都係我嘅至愛！仲有自助甜品吧，小朋友就可以自己製作自己嘅甜品啦！真係大人同小朋友都照顧得到！啱晒一家大細或者大宴親朋！下次真係要再嚟食晚餐先得😉
