To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

阿林:新一年第一餐,吃了豐富的brunch。先上六道頭盤。一、蟹肉沙律配多士,蟹肉一絲絲,非常足料,可以毫不客氣地舀一大匙於多士上,可惜多士軟趴趴的。二、紅菜頭沙律,紅菜頭及蘿蔔切粒,鮮甜清爽,就算我不大吃紅菜頭也尚可接受。三、接著上了一碗酷似史雲生清湯的鴨湯,內含幾顆碎蛋及通粉,有啲唔知想點。湯品過後,輪到熱食登場。四、蒜片八爪魚,浸入油中,上桌時仍在翻滾。八爪魚帶韌勁,不會過老,配一蒜片伴吃十分惹味。五、鱈魚餅,以鹽醃漬,成絲再炸。外表金黃,內裡則乾巴巴。六、白酒煮蜆,酒及油香馥郁,不過蜆的處理有點馬虎,沙粒未清。算是不錯的開始,可惜越吃越糟糕。擂沙:原本想選羊肉但不幸售罄,最後選了兩個皆是海鮮的主菜。傳統的農夫海鮮鱈魚煲,醬汁蝦香濃郁,但鱈魚過熟並不夠油香,其他海鮮亦只有兩三件。另外,海鮮飯湯汁不夠,調味不足,飯粒太乾身,海鮮同樣也是少得可憐。甜品更讓我們大失所望,砵酒燴梨調味岀事,滲著藥水藥酒味,而且過甜。炸球內的南瓜蓉及蕃薯蓉少得幾乎吃不岀,為何不填滿多一點!有一定的收費就有一定的要求。一個早午餐索價近四百大元卻虎頭蛇尾,用料也不覺特別高質,在中環可是有好幾家更好的選擇。新一
