To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日我地九個女人行完山，去揾地方晚飯，之前有朋友試過這茶座，推介我地去食。今天叫了一條漁，一斤蝦，另外四碟小菜，有個男侍應介紹食黄腳，大約$2百多，話夠我地九個人食，無秤比我們睇，點知條漁來到只夠三個人食，蝦又霉，我地同老闆理論，他霉氣話我點知你地是否八斤漁先夠食，又把條漁升級為海。到埋單時，我朋友同老闆講今日特登介紹朋友食，你今日比d咁嘅野朋友食，攪到我好無面，下次唔會再幫襯。跟住有位女仕糾正話今次有誤會，條魚細左d, 只有12両，所以俾番優惠價，另外蝦就幫我地取消。今次經驗是下次食海鮮都係去返有信譽的地方食
