To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

凱悅軒又有個新menu,今次嘅主角係蝦,主廚黃師傅又有新靈感,除非你似我朋友一樣對蝦敏感,如果唔係,都應該好難唔鐘意。香辣汁拌桂蝦,桂蝦搭上清新爽脆的芥蘭和青瓜,清新微涼又開胃,唯一唔好嘅感覺,如果係夏天食應該更精彩。愛四川的味一定會喜歡藤椒三蔥爆虎蝦,暖暖的熱鍋中爆香肉蔥、京蔥和紫洋蔥後,主角虎蝦和藤椒一同翻炒,三種蔥的唔同特色,幾種味道都為呢隻虎蝦添上另一種感受。剁椒魚頭聽得多,雙式剁椒蒸大海蝦真係少見,大大隻的海蝦放係粉絲加上蟲草花和木耳絲,再用色彩繽紛的泡椒粒和黃椒粒,呢個絕對係換個主角後,就將剁椒蒸呢個菜式發揮得更精美的表表者。冬天最適合食臘味,原來蝦都同佢夾到,櫻花蝦醬臘味河蝦炒鴛鴦飯,飯底一半是白飯同糯米飯。飯同河蝦、臘腸粒、膶腸粒、冬菇粒、芥蘭粒等同炒,尾聲整多個櫻花蝦醬,口感有幾層的感覺。加個菜加個肉就係完美的一餐,呢個promotion到月底,如果你係蝦粉絲,記得去試下。
