To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾星期較多工作應酬，與外國同事交流，吃了不少西式晚餐。過了這忙碌的時間，特別和好朋友找間中菜館，品嚐中國味道。蛇王芬於中環閣麟街30號，中環香港站地鐵站扶手電梯大約十分鐘便到，地點方便就腳。老闆娘10分好客。更和我們分享不同食蛇小貼士。原來蛇肉營養價值高。除了有豐富蛋白質外。還有很多不同營養。一年四季都可以吃。。我們一行二人共點了幾道小菜，一起互相分享。臘腸蛋白炒飯(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)炒飯乾身，而且有鑊氣。配上甘香的。臘腸片。令人停不了口。太史五蛇羹(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)然後便到最期待的蛇羹，材料豐富，有蛇絲，鮑魚絲，雞肉，冬菇，木耳，花膠。用料十足，湯色清澈而且濃稠適中，入口香滑又有咬口。相比起其他老字號蛇羹，這一碗喝起來味道較為清甜，能夠吃得出材料鮮味。現在秋風起，吃這個蛇羹進補適合不過。 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 蛇王芬中環閣麟街30號地舖推介菜式：太史五蛇羹 👍🏻地點方便 👍🏻環境舒適 👍🏻價錢大眾
