聽日早機飛台北,朋友話想食蛋撻所以就放工去買定,聽朝hand carry帶上飛機之前睇過屋企樓下只有餅皮蛋撻,所以酥皮只好放工去新城市附近望下望過百佳同一兩間茶餐廳只有餅皮,只得呢間有酥皮,咁唯有係呢間買啦望到其實都覺得麻麻地,但焗住買蛋撻用鐵兜仔裝住放係櫃入面,拎上手時佢已經係凍既,連暖都唔暖...睇圖都見到酥皮焗得未夠火候,蛋漿偏淺色,已經同酥皮分離左,我估佢都出左爐一段時間...有得選擇我一定唔係呢間買,又貴喎6蚊個!
