The Egg Tarts here are one of the best ones I've tried so far, albeit a little too oily. But the pastry layers are very flaky yet very 鬆化, and the Egg custard is not over-cooked. Another positive thing about their egg tart is that it's not overly sweet, although it could still have more eggy taste.
