2020年11月13日 星期五今晚又去咗北角個新商場搵嘢食,每一次行到過去都見到好多餐廳,今次我同老婆就去到2樓見到門口寫住大大嘅tamago,一睇就知係蛋料理專門店,出面仲有好多人排隊,於是我哋都唔執輸排埋一份大約等咗30分鐘先入到去,見到裏面嘅裝修好特別,好多都係用蛋做裝飾,就連窗都係蛋嘅形狀餐牌當然大部份都係以蛋為主菜啦,菜式都幾特別,仲有all day breakfast提供添叫左嘢食之後,首先嚟嘅係餐湯同沙律,沙律上面配上麻醬,酸酸甜甜幾開胃至於餐湯就係羅宋湯,裏面有好多材料,所以調味好足夠,有少少辣然後就有松葉蟹肉玉子燒,咬落去食到一層層嘅蛋,口感好豐富,加埋上面嘅松葉蟹肉,感覺更加矜貴之後就有我叫嘅燉牛肉蛋包飯,見到啲飯俾旋風蛋包住,周圍仲有燉牛肉圍住,淨係賣相已經加晒分,然後蛋係十分嫩滑,去買入口即融嘅牛肉,簡直係一絕,同醬汁都好配合,食到停唔到口最後仲有大阪燒風八爪魚卷,真係有大阪燒風味,因為醬汁好惹味,而且仲真係食到一粒粒八爪魚添餐飯由頭到尾都係蛋,但係一啲都唔覺得厭,仲覺得每一道菜色都好有特色添
