To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個人的下午茶  由太古廣場走到這裏還真是有點難受那酷熱的天氣真讓人一刻也不想呆在室外(我太怕熱)下午的時段餐廳內客人稀少  服務員領我到靠牆的sofa位餐廳內無處不見的『BRICKLANE』  點了Skim Latte  不消一會便送到不過燙  温度剛好入口  期待的主角終於到來  雖然份量看起來頗小吃起來是剛好看那美麗誘人的蛋黃醬  覆蓋著整顆雞蛋和三文魚  一刀切下去時蛋黃可是溶漿狀地流出吃下一口  蛋黃醬香濃不膩  三文魚肉嫩  滑嫩的雞蛋  清爽的菠菜  配上薄薄的English muffin是一次過嚐到三種味道 (有層次的哦~)另一件加了黑胡椒提味  味道更上一層樓!
