To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人好鍾意食蛋餅，經過中環街市，呢度有好多唔同嘅小店，唔夠有啲咩嘢食嘅時候，見到呢一間店舖因為有蛋餅，即刻點左一個。點了個肉鬆蛋蛋餅。唔知係咪外買嘅關，定係我冇提出，定係店舖根本冇醬汁，普通喺台式舖頭食嘅時候通常都會有啲醬汁點嘅。不過唔緊要啦打開嚟睇，份量唔算多，不過比普通的蛋餅較粗身。裏面有蛋，青瓜同埋肉鬆，可能冇咗醬汁嘅高層，略嫌有啲乾，但係整體都可以，味道OK。唔算太油膩，喜愛蛋餅的朋友都不妨可以喺呢度一試。
