To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蜜糖雞脾

大快活既下午茶一向又平又好味。今次我就叫蜜糖雞脾配紅豆冰。佢既蜜糖雞脾，外皮好脆，又有甜甜蜜糖味，每次食都咁正。入面d肉好嫩，而且雞脾好大隻，啖啖肉既口感，真係十分滿足。雞年食第一隻雞就已經咁正，真係好意頭。然後係佢既紅豆冰，紅豆好多，可以有排食。淡奶唔會太甜，飲極都唔會厭，我特登叫左少冰。佢既紅豆冰，一定要少冰。否則冰溶了變水時，會整到成杯飲品變到好淡，奶味會冇哂。但唔夠冰又會唔夠凍，所以叫少冰都係撞手神。幸好今次撞得到好飲。
