To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出發去書展之前，就去左好耐都冇食嘅 周記點心，好掛住個蝦多士同流心西多士。蝦多士鋪滿芝麻炸至金黃的蝦多士，外層非常香口非常脆，內餡的蝦膠超爽彈，用料十足蝦味重，好正。雙味燒賣新鮮熱辣好吸引，好大粒好抵食，松露味香，但唔夠濃，燒賣足料，彈牙有肉感。XO醬炒銀針炒夠鑊氣好惹味好香，微辣刺激，銀針粉吸哂XO醬味且口感滑彈，加上芹菜提香，味道更正。流心咸蛋黃西多超級爆漿咸蛋黃，咸香帶微甜，味道濃郁令人回味，西多吸盡咸蛋醬，好邪惡好滿足。樽仔奶茶香濃滑，茶甘香味重，奶味香濃又平均茶味，入口好滑好正，凍飲且保持味道濃郁。
