因為工作上原因先有機會過去高埔村,行過先知原來有條美食街。好多都係上居下鋪,感覺與世無爭。特別有間金色house好搶眼,原來係做鐵板燒。今晚就book左位試試。首先上左溫室野菜沙律同前菜。其中圓形兩塊係日本蓮花幹部,味道清幽,爽口。今次試下特上活龍蝦鐵板燒🦞 二人前$1980+1北海道䖠立貝 帶子鮮甜有彈性配下面鮮紫菜湯更甜👍🏻白甘鯛☝🏻原來係連魚鱗食既魚架😱由於皮先炸,肉煲熟。魚鱗炸成金黃,好脆!肉厚實而滑,整個口感真正既外脆內軟呀!日本響螺師傅加䜴油簡單提鮮,簡單爽甜。加上有自家調製調味料提供鮮味更出!重點活龍蝦🦞原隻起肉跟膏炒,每件都佈滿creamy同鮮甜既蝦膏!超好食👍🏻A5鹿兒島野崎和牛 厚+薄燒☝🏻☺️鍾意食蔥既我,薄燒就岩哂!薄燒牛整個口感好似一層薄脂肪包住蔥同蒜片。厚燒極肥美,一咬油脂爆發😱肉質肥美帶爽。最後仲有炒野菜,鯛魚湯,炒飯同甜品。影唔哂😥唔好睇分量細細,原來都好飽。師傅會係食客前煮同每道菜介紹,個人幾喜歡呢種溝通同對食物同廚師既了解而且食材新鮮。👍🏻
