To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 珍寶吉列蝦皇配野菌海鮮天使麵
唔講得笑,隻蝦都真係足9吋長,無負珍寶之名
,吉列脆炸,絕對香口,唔太油,係嫌佢層粉漿厚囉,咬落亦有蝦鮮味,都OK喎。天使麵比預期中煮得好,因為天使麵比較幼,所以晌外面食好多時都煮到爛,但今趟啲麵無過腍,仍有一定嘅彈性;醬汁就只係一般白汁,味淡薄,配以野菌、冬菇、雞脾菇、蟹柳同迷你帶子粒。

鐵板帶子汁肉眼扒
肉眼扒要5乘熟,跟薯菜,配黑椒汁,兩者份量都唔少,不過啲帶子就迷你得緊要
,差啲睇漏眼以為係薯仔粒。鐵板喳喳聲,黑椒汁帶嚟香噴噴既香味,肉眼扒夠晒腍滑,肉味就一般啦,切開仲帶丁點血水,5乘熟啱啱好,不過,稍鹹就變得味道大打折扣喇。薯仔粉香,蕃茄鮮甜,係對椰菜麻麻啫!

餐飲

今次同太太不約而同都係揀咗熱朱古力,原來係唂咕,比一般朱古力粉沖嘅嚟得香夾濃,略帶苦,正!以前曾經有朋友話,唂咕咪即係朱古力,其實應該係兩樣嘢,唂咕係純可可豆而製成,無添加,朱古力就溝咗其他材料而成,有添加。

蛋白燉奶

有凍有熱揀,兩款都叫晒,可以比較一下有咩分別,原來真係好唔同,當然唔係凍熱之分啦。整碗蛋白燉奶無加任何蛋黃,只係蛋白同牛奶,凍嘅比較啞色少少,而且燉奶面又較皺,不過燉奶質感較挺身,可以大羹大羹咁食,仲有就奶味超濃;熱嘅就超白超滑,質感反而削身啲,不過入口好滑溜,一食就「sir」落喉嚨。凍熱都各有特色,都不愧為招牌甜品,單叫都要成$13碗架!

由於,整晚都好旺場,由我哋等位到食完走人,都維持到九乘幾滿,有啲招呼唔徹嘅情況出現,服務有啲甩甩漏漏咁,而且上餐速度奇快,餐湯、主菜、餐飲都差唔多近乎一齊到,效率果然驚人,慕求做多幾輪生意。好彩,個燉奶食晒個餐叫上佢先上,如果唔係一枱都係之餘,個熱蛋白燉奶可能攤凍晒,效果又唔同咗。成餐飯有好有唔好,其實都想掹車邊咁俾個笑佢,但考慮到主菜比較多唔理想嘅地方,都係俾住個OK佢先啦


依家百物騰貴,食個晏仔都三幾十啦,何況晚餐,希望各大連鎖快餐店繼續造反,做多啲反通漲嘅抵食套餐,共渡時艱抗通漲,等大家荷包唔使日日抆抆緊,令星斗市民既享好嘢,又可慳番啲
