To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又系遲左寫食評,吃嘅當天系4.16。🦀🦀個陣都足足食左2、3次海港,覺得佢地質素OK先會屢次到來。今次又系蟹宴,個次嘅特價系188 1斤。(但現在5.20已經228一斤)。今次系我地自選,選得普普。啲肉無咁實同新鮮,但寫上去還可以。每人吃一隻腳同啲餸已經好飽。因我自己比較鐘意「脆皮豉油雞」,所以大多都會叫。個皮幾好食,雞肉也不錯OK👌🏻。100到真系算不錯。之後,叫左個「花膠雞響螺湯」。佢會幫你攞埋d渣上嚟,有雞腳,螺,花膠。個湯系可以接受嘅,但是飲落去都幾多味精,有點咸。⭐⭐⭐有一樣野系必叫嘅,就系「千層豆腐花膠菇煲」,$100上下。好入味,菇同千層豆腐好搭配,令到味道更加好。都系個句,無乜甜點可以叫,叫左2次都話無。個待應就提議下次如果想吃椰皇甜品,就BOOK位個陣預訂埋。我就叫左個芒果布甸,都可以嘅。曾經有一次系到試過燉蛋,芒果布甸較遜色。
