蟹控又來了!潮流興捉pokemon,我就擰願去捉蟹,因我對蟹實在太鐘情了。其實不只是蟹,所有海鮮我都喜歡吃。今晩一於來個海鮮宴。見隔隣枱火光紅紅,原來是火焰系列海鮮。咁好玩我又點了二款海鮮。先來火焰蜆,可成受一百度高溫的錫紙包裹著大蜆,放滿石春的鍋燃點起火,隨則bi-Li--ba-la的煮起來,不到數分鐘,大蜆就落在我口裡。非常鮮甜,肉厚肥美,不過吐沙程序做得不好,有部份食起來有沙。第二款是火焰蝦,蝦隻旁有一塊塊黃色物體,原來是高湯結晶,當煮起來時會慢慢溶化,蝦隻便會吸收高湯精華。高湯內還加了牛油和檸檬汁,特別醒胃。蝦肉質彈牙爽口確滋味! 我至愛桂花酒釀蟹登埸了,酒香散發令我為之一振。蟹隻肥厚,啖啖鮮肉,好鮮好美味。原來店方員工會幫客人拆蟹,免卻我們手腳不協調,哈哈....非常窩心。 豆花上湯浸龍蝦這個菜好搞鬼,我完全沒有想過豆腐跟龍蝦會扯上關係,末又係gimmick 囉!豆腐切得好精細似朵盛開的菊花,好美。浸在上湯䀆吸精華。好嫰滑。雖然豆腐好吸引但絕冇搶了龍蝦的風頭。鮮甜美味的龍蝦,肉身結實,口感一流。 略兼上湯太濃有點鹹。另一主角又登場了,避風塘炒辣蟹。這個好食得停不了口。

豆花上湯浸龍蝦這個菜好搞鬼,我完全沒有想過豆腐跟龍蝦會扯上關係,末又係gimmick 囉!

豆腐切得好精細似朵盛開的菊花,好美。浸在上湯䀆吸精華。好嫰滑。

雖然豆腐好吸引但絕冇搶了龍蝦的風頭。鮮甜美味的龍蝦,肉身結實,口感一流。


略兼上湯太濃有點鹹。

另一主角又登場了,避風塘炒辣蟹。

這個好食得停不了口。
炸蒜粒微辣勁惹味,每啖蟹肉都充滿蒜香又不失鮮甜,我甚至乎連葱條全部吃清。
