之前食過夏麵館分店,今次第一城開咗,就過去食嘢先,店內有4人枱或圓枱,員工有禮貌。涼菜五寶雞絲粉皮淋上雞絲粉皮的野味花生醬,醬汁不會太杰,加埋有青瓜絲嘅清爽,夾埋濃香花生醬,令人食不停口。涼拌小木耳木耳爽脆口感,芫荽帶清香,味帶麻辣好味又醒胃。鎮江水晶肉冰涼口感的水晶肉,望落晶凝通透,咬落肉質清爽,口感層次豐富。熱爆燻魚入口脆香嘅燻魚,味道濃郁,燻魚肉質唔會太乾,沾一沾黑醋汁,冇咁膩口。醉香豬手酒香味濃,豬手帶酒香夠晒入味,肉質Q彈爽口,最後可以飲埋d酒添。蟹粉撈飯滿滿的蟹粉蓋過白飯,入口嘅蟹粉,軟綿綿嘅口感,蟹肉鮮甜,味道濃厚,最啱配搭白飯,可以加少許醋,令蟹粉更提鮮。開心果鍋餅鍋餅外皮香脆,乾身唔油膩,入面係開心果蓉,果蓉質感綿密,亦不會太甜。生煎小籠包煎到香香的小籠包,皮薄香口,咬開就有肉汁流出,肉嫩味濃,沾少少薑醋更好味道。
