見噤耐冇食過小籠包,剛剛同朋友經過見到呢間上海菜館,一於同朋友入去坐低品嚐一番先除左叫左生煎小籠包,還有蟹粉撈飯、花雕醉雞、開心果高力、酸梅湯和豆漿蟹粉撈飯:好多蟹粉遮蓋白飯,一定要撈勻白飯一齊食,啖啖白飯都包含住濃濃嘅蟹粉,非常甘香美味生煎小籠包:熱辣辣大大粒,皮薄煙靭,咬開後好多熱辣辣肉汁流出,肉質鮮美花雕醉雞:雞肉嫩滑彈牙,入口渗出濃濃嘅花雕酒香開心果高力:熱辣辣入口外皮鬆軟,內裹開心果餡料香濃,甜度適中,點埋砂糖食美味可口酸梅湯和豆漿:入口香濃,好足料,明顯係冇溝水下次有機會可試其他食物或大閘蟹宴都幾吸引,味道應該唔差 continue reading

之前食過夏麵館分店,今次第一城開咗,就過去食嘢先,店內有4人枱或圓枱,員工有禮貌。涼菜五寶雞絲粉皮淋上雞絲粉皮的野味花生醬,醬汁不會太杰,加埋有青瓜絲嘅清爽,夾埋濃香花生醬,令人食不停口。涼拌小木耳木耳爽脆口感,芫荽帶清香,味帶麻辣好味又醒胃。鎮江水晶肉冰涼口感的水晶肉,望落晶凝通透,咬落肉質清爽,口感層次豐富。熱爆燻魚入口脆香嘅燻魚,味道濃郁,燻魚肉質唔會太乾,沾一沾黑醋汁,冇咁膩口。醉香豬手酒香味濃,豬手帶酒香夠晒入味,肉質Q彈爽口,最後可以飲埋d酒添。蟹粉撈飯滿滿的蟹粉蓋過白飯,入口嘅蟹粉,軟綿綿嘅口感,蟹肉鮮甜,味道濃厚,最啱配搭白飯,可以加少許醋,令蟹粉更提鮮。開心果鍋餅鍋餅外皮香脆,乾身唔油膩,入面係開心果蓉,果蓉質感綿密,亦不會太甜。生煎小籠包煎到香香的小籠包,皮薄香口,咬開就有肉汁流出,肉嫩味濃,沾少少薑醋更好味道。 continue reading

突然間好想食擔擔麵 所以就落咗去幫襯哩間夏麵館🍜點了一碗擔擔麵 一籠小籠包同埋一杯酸梅汁重點!碗麵一上枱 我見到個湯底就覺得已中伏 點知食咗兩啖已經唔想食 超級難食到爆 麵底唔得👎🏽👎🏽同埋只有很少的肉碎 連花生都無🥜👎🏽👎🏽湯底無花生/花生醬味 辣又唔辣 淡味到不得了 淨係得顏色 非常差勁👎🏽😑另外小籠包都係好睇唔好食 唉😮‍💨仲有啊 食食下 坐位隔離滴水 無職員主動處理🙄不過通知咗後都有處理返所以都真係明白點解到lunch time都仲有咁多位 真的可以不用再來😅😅 continue reading
