Dinner. Here’s what we had.茶醺蛋陳醋海蜇頭四喜烤夫醉熟蟹- generally not a fan of crab but I found mine difficult to eat- the roe was hard and tasteless. Maybe I didn’t know how to correctly dismember the bits…油爆蝦- very crispy. Supposedly you could chew and swallow the shells as well but I didn’t anyway.蟹羔粉皮- this was very good. 蟹腳蘭度- first time to try deshelled crab legs mixed with veggies. Not bad.火丁甜豆蟹粉砂鍋飯- yum yum.蟹粉麵- yum yum yum. 百頁結烤肉蔥爆花膠- maybe I was too slow to try but was unable to find any 花膠.油淋雞- g

蔥爆花膠- maybe I was too slow to try but was unable to find any 花膠.
油淋雞- good, especially with the sauce.
蜜汁火方- very big portions; didn’t try.
清炒豆苗
生煎飽- unfortunately was cold by the time I got to it.
高力豆沙- mmmm…disappointing.
In summary: the 蟹粉 alone was worthy of a return visit. Friendly and nice service.
