堂食慢煮燒牛肉撈檬,6片幾乎是鮮牛肉的色澤,只有邊位是熟牛肉顏色的薄片。肉質軟滑,但就是吃不出什麼肉味。檬粉唔太乾,有咬勁。配上酸甜汁一起吃,又多了一分味道。大蝦蟹膏蟹肉湯河,大大隻烤蝦下是舖滿蟹膏的蟹肉餅,然後放在滿是芽菜、洋葱的湯河上,斎看外型已是很討人喜愛。大蝦雖大,當天唔好彩,大蝦並不太新鮮,蝦肉有些霉。但另一天去吃就很新鮮彈牙。舖滿蟹膏的蟹肉餅,外面焗得有些焦脆,連帶蟹膏也半脆半軟的口感,令不太喜歡蟹膏的人也欣然接受,甚至開始喜吃呢!蟹肉餅外脆內軟,都是真材實料的蟹肉外,亦混有麪飽糠、粟米粒、紅蘿蔔幼條,再灑上少許檸檬汁,更覺清新唔膩。份量相當多的湯河裏放有很多蝦皮,令濃郁的湯底更是鮮甜。鹹檸七,半個鹹檸檬配七喜。外賣比堂食較便宜,但慢煮燒牛肉湯河的份量少些,慢煮燒牛肉經過運送時間後,雖是分湯上,但河粉的熱力仍會令它變成熟肉狀態,但仍保持軟淋。招牌法包,長條法包中夾住:由底至上是沙律醬紅蘿蔔和酸白蘿蔔條,再放有肉批,即醃得入味的肉絲、肉碎。上面是厚切扎肉,比一般的要鬆軟些,味道亦沒那麼鹹。法包依依韌韌,真的是包有包味。一大囗咬下,吃到全部的食材,是非常豐富滿足,不可不一提是酸
