砂鍋薑米蟹粉炒飯

畢竟大閘蟹性寒,少不免要用上薑茶之類輔助一下,所以蟹粉炒飯都加入了薑粒,而且飯粒炒得好乾身,細緻處見功夫。

黑糖薑茶湯圓

個人覺得龍苑的薑茶論辛勁同甜度,堪稱尖沙咀之冠,最記得曾經有一次竟然給在坐朋友喝光,實在有點誇張。

今次重逢,辛勁不減,湯圓亦軟綿甜美,作為壓軸最好不過。
