跟舊同事Happy Hour,一於蠔一蠔。由灣仔新渡輪碼頭步行十分鐘內就到,這裡有很多款新鮮生蠔選擇,按個人喜好及口味選擇。我們選了美國、蘇格蘭及法國蠔。先由相對較淡的美國太平洋黃水晶生蠔開始,其實未吃兩款前確實覺得已不錯,海水味相對較淡,但入口非常滑嫩,而且肉質厚,很鮮甜。蘇格蘭石蠔固然比美國蠔較濃味,肉就肥美有彈性入口即溶,金屬味於口腔裡久久不散。法國吉拉多生蠔有像果實般的味,爽口鮮甜。海水味又充足。酸醋則隨個人喜好添加。橄欖油炒美國鮮蘆筍很鮮甜,而且很嫩沒有渣。炸魚手指,配一杯啤酒很爽。外層麵包糠香脆內裡魚肉軟熟不乾身。沾上沙律醬就更滋味。牛肋骨很腍,很輕鬆就切開。肉味很濃,醬汁甜甜地中和了油膩感,更享受到那份肉香。配上特制醬汁更加惹味。
