用蛋汁加芝士做醬,食落無平時果d卡邦尼咁漏~ 而棄煙肉改為豬面頰肉,保持咸香之餘更具鮮味❣️

一上枱香氣撲鼻!連骨雞胸外型就像一隻大雞髀🍗表面煎得香脆,雞胸肉經慢煮後肉汁都鎖住在内、食落juicy嫩滑🤤 如舞茸及雞汁是此菜精髓,
黑松露薯蓉就是錦上添花了!實在令人回味!

自家製意大利芝士餅
冧酒、咖啡同朱古力味同樣濃郁,
但又搶唔到各自的風頭~ cream cheese入口質感幼滑細緻,食多2杯都不覺膩😆

入座時還能享受酒類Happy hour,我哋order咗1杯Whispering Angel 同Stella~
值得一讚的是職員會細心講解每道菜、有禮又會主動加水~🙂

離開店舖時才細心一看牆上的壁畫,是品嚐生蠔的Anthony Bourdain同一位美少女呢!
