To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好吃吃光喺大角咀呢頭都小有名氣，經過見到好多時都大排長龍😭不過食完就知點解我一人前就食量有限，order咗佢哋最多人食&推薦嘅 月見海老蚵仔魯肉飯，加一份焢肉同一杯冬瓜茶，加埋都唔駛$100 一位🥳想講呢個魯肉飯真係不得了‼️蠔仔份量十足、粒粒飽滿，蛋黃同魯肉撈勻之後口感滑溜豐盈。魯肉嘅味道係喺台灣食到嘅地道小店風味🇹🇼魯肉、蛋黃、蠔仔其實呢三樣都係啲偏重味嘅食材，但估唔到擺埋一齊會咁夾，而且唔算太膩！🤤再講焢肉，味道類似滷肉、東坡肉，都係用五花腩製成。建議大家趁熱食，暖暖地嗰時嘅肉質最鬆軟！👍🏻肥瘦相間嘅五花腩滷得軟糯，即使係瘦肉部分都係一夾就散開，食落口唔會痴牙，連同肥膏一齊食可以享受到豬肉嘅油香。如果舊肉開始攤凍嘅話，肉質就會開始韌啦🤣食完一個星期，已經想翻兜啦😋
