不知什麼時候格格把這裡當作主場,今天有說要在這裏請客 ...“炸子雞”,夠咸、夠熱、皮又夠脆,肉還是嫩滑,㕑師功夫了得。“金銀蛋莧菜”,雞蛋、鹹蛋、皮蛋都有,味道和層次都很豐富,莧菜也煮得剛好,還很軟嫩。“煎蠔餅”的粉過多了,於是不夠煙韌,像在吃“蠔仔包”而不是“蠔仔餅”,但其實那些珠蠔是挺新鮮,個頭又大,一點都不腥 。“酸菜魚”,有個爐幫忙保温,味道也不錯,魚片好滑,像用了蛋白醃過,湯鮮味,湯底有酸菜、豆卜、娃娃菜、大豆芽、和一點點芹菜,很有看頭。
