依家出街食晚飯,想吃得豐富一點,環境舒適一點,每位接近$500的消費也走唔甩。以前總覺得來酒店食自助餐十分高消費,現在看來,也不是怎樣貴。今天與大夥兒來了Holiday Inn 的 Bistro on the Mile 吃自助餐,折後每人也不過是$400埋單,享受着酒店環境及酒店服務,唔怪得weekday都爆滿啦!今次的自助餐以懷舊香港為主題,門口放了充滿玩味的蕃薯擔挑,又幾盞鬼喎。場內亦放滿了雀籠及懷舊海報,成功將餐廳搖身一變,化身成六七十年代的香江。識食自助餐,一定會先吃海鮮吧!這裏的回本位很多,阿拉斯加長腳蟹及小龍蝦都是必吃,當然唔少得阿P最鍾意的蝦同青口。今晚以蠔為主題,自助餐亦準備了很多美味的蠔小食,包括:蠔凍湯、蠔豉餅乾、鮮蠔卷等等....全部都美味可口,絕非例牌行貨可媲美。講到明是蠔情夜,又點會少了生蠔的份兒?來自美國的生蠔新鮮肥美,不會過分creamy,保留了一份鹹鮮的香味,加上即叫即開,令人吃得安心。菠菜芝士焗蠔也不比生蠔遜色,每隻都新鮮熱辣,芝士味香濃,忍不住吃了三大隻。壽司吧也是長期人頭湧湧的,特別一讚這裏的三文魚刺身,非常肥美,絕非一般自助餐質素。吃了那麼多生冷

吃了那麼多生冷食物,又係時候飲返碗燉湯。對!你冇睇錯,Holiday Inn 的自助餐是有供應原盅燉湯的,今晚是乳鴿燉螺頭,極之清甜滋潤,我和阿P都分別飲了兩大盅!

之前去了洲際吃自助餐,食物種類及質素確實是不錯,但可惜座位實在是排得太密密麻麻了,吃得我渾身不舒服。Holiday Inn 就絕對沒有這個問題,座位闊落,而且還設有多個私隱度高的獨立個室。
