To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去親南丫島都係會揀呢一間勞蘇記作為我嘅lunch或者下午茶嘅一間餐廳. 老闆娘judy熱情好客,食物有水準又唔算太貴,又有海景. 坐喺度飲下啤酒同朋友吹下水,又或者自己喺度望住個海輕鬆一下都係一個好唔錯嘅選擇.今日就點咗一個炸芝士條,沙爹雞肉串,一客炸魚柳卡邦尼意粉,一個炸蝦豬扒飯,另外一個就係炸蝦豬扒意粉. 飲品呢就試咗三支唔同味嘅德國啤酒,做緊優惠100蚊有三支,抵👍 小朋友就飲咗熱朱古力同埋檸檬利賓納.炸芝士條外皮脆脆入面啲芝士淋淋地煙煙韌韌. 沙爹雞肉串雞肉唔會燒到好乾,沙嗲汁調得啱啱好啲味,炸魚呢亦都係啦一如以往咁,外皮脆魚肉嫩滑. 炸蝦豬扒就係正常發揮啦. 啤酒因為係得個啤所以都係用麥去釀製. 行完山飲啤酒真係一大享受😁
