To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然想去宜家買野，泊好車又唔想行太遠，所以喺度食啦，情人節嘅中午係好少人食嘅😂煙三文魚沙律，有三四片三文魚，薄但都大塊嘅，味道略淡，而羅馬菜有少少濕，唔夠爽口，沙律醬係芥末味，好好食！本身想叫牛肉，但佢話要等10分鐘，極肚餓之制唯有選擇羊架，肉身軟淋，不太羶，加上燒汁更易入口，稍嫌凍左少少，薯蓉冇味，建議自己加啲調味料或點醬汁食三文魚扒係新鮮出爐，所以好夠熱，但可能過熟，魚肉好鞋，醬汁有少少溜，唔太建議點呢款經典肉丸，平時叫完爭住食，今日竟然冇人吼，好在都只係叫十粒，由於我唔食豬，所以俾唔到評價，下次我會叫雞肉丸架！
