To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午行過airside 幫襯下翡翠拉麵小籠包，兩個人食，叫咗碗擔擔手工拉麵，湯底配搭完美，手工拉麵夠彈牙。四喜烤夫鬆軟入味，第一次食賽旁蟹，望似普普通通，但食落有驚喜，蛋白嫩滑，加上魚肉瑤增加鮮味，口感味道一流，銀絲卷口感鬆軟Q彈，椒鹽小黃魚，外脆內軟火喉啱啱好，加上椒鹽調味一流，夠曬惹味，啱曬我呢d喜歡食煎炸野既人。整體食物質素十分之高。
