To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時放假都會陪媽媽去買餸，喺買餸之前都會喺街市門口呢間粉麵檔食嘢，平時返工都有食開荃灣嗰間，所以都知道呢間潮式粉麵檔無論係牛腩定係去到墨魚丸都好好食🥢 牛三寶撈麵呢個係我必點之一，因為可以一次過試哂牛腩、牛肚、牛筋，而且價錢唔貴，相當街坊價，除咗啲餸比得慷慨，麵底份量亦唔少，有兩個麵咁多，女士們真係會食唔哂🙈🐮 崩沙牛腩雲吞河識揀一定係揀崩沙腩，唔肥唔太瘦，加上炆得剛剛好嘅火候，入味得嚟又唔會好淋冇咗質感咁，雲吞每粒都係人手包大大粒，每粒都有鮮蝦、豬肉，好足料🐟 帶骨炸魚皮呢款炸魚皮已經好少地方有，係連魚骨一齊炸比脆卜卜，平時喺屋企打邊爐都會特登買返包返去食，真係好正
