大埔開左間睇落幾精緻嘅西餐廳,環境燈光偏暗,貌似行中高檔路線。由佢裝修嘅時候已經開始留意,門口招牌有個S字母我成日路過見到都覺得佢係倒轉左🤔 餐廳主打唔同部位款式嘅牛肉。我地兩個人,試左個tasting menu同埋散叫左少少野,另外再叫左紅白酒配搭一下。 Tasting Menu🍄頂級牛肝菌忌廉湯:香濃嘅牛肝菌味,幼滑之餘都食到少少牛肝菌顆粒,忌廉好似有拉花(?)👅低溫慢煮煙燻牛舌沙律:簡單一個沙律清清地🥩韓國Minsok頂級純種韓牛1++肉眼:比較少接觸韓牛,煎得幾香,食落有適當嘅嚼勁,配菜嘅擺盤都幾有心思🍨頂級比利時心太軟.雪糕:心太軟配紅豆味雪糕,碟上面有朱古力粉logo A la carte🦪半打生蠔:唔記得左係咩款🥩低溫慢煮封門牛柳:封門柳通常都係打邊爐食,要黎慢煮都幾嫰滑🍟🥖a la carte main course可以任食兩樣野:薯條同麵包,最啱大胃王。薯條分別有茄汁同埋黑松露醬,麵包方面配有牛骨牛油。 整體擺盤都有啲心思嘅。座位方面幾舒適,大部分都係軟座,a la carte menu嘅薯條同麵包任食,最啱三五知己飲兩杯chill住食。
