To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屋企附近唯一一間日式餐廳，響一品❤️已經幫襯過好多次喇，見到疫情好返啲，可以坐低食返啲新鮮熱辣啲👍🏻lunch set呢個 牛肉壽喜鍋 好足料，上到枱仲熱辣辣！湯底甜甜地，食材索滿湯汁，送飯一流。鍋蛋完好無缺，肥牛嫩滑仲有回甘味😋日式叉燒豚骨拉麵都好有水準，叉燒豚骨軟稔夠大塊，仲有半隻溏心蛋。拉麵口感適中，成碗配搭好開胃，又開始想念日本了～Lunch Set 有黑醋沙律、飲品或麵豉湯，都幾夠食。住附近嘅街坊都有日式野食，胃口可以豐富啲😌
