To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

常行過門口都很多人，今日見人少少，快手叫個外賣，十分鐘拎得走人過橋薯粉（比米線貴$2）$34+豬耳（$9）+腩肉（$9）+跟餐凍檸茶（$7）+外賣盒$3=$62過橋薯粉內含豬肉碎（份量也不少，食到最後，隔去湯汁，碗底仍有五至六湯匙的碎肉）芽菜、酸菜和芫茜，湯底有不同辣度選擇，我叫了微辣，一點辣味也沒有😅下次可挑戰小辣豬耳和腩肉份量足，腩肉有十多片，不辣；豬耳略嫌煮很過腍，連耳骨的爽脆咬口都消失了，有點失望總括而言，是值得常吃的街坊小店P.S要小心計數，今日店員心算一收收了我$75，幸好我即時發現，才退回$13
