To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳一位熟客問我們員工中午吃什麼，我們說：出街吃飯囉。她說她住家附近有一間咖喱好好味，一定要去試試。落場時，循著google map順利找到了大喜茶檔。二話不說，肯定點推介的咖喱！！當然也有其他餐牌可以選擇！下次試試其他餐，這個價位在上環包飲品，已經很抵食了。落單沒多久，很快就出餐了。這是同事點的咖喱牛肉飯！用的是肉片！噹噹，我點的咖喱牛腩飯，很濃郁順口，應該是港式風味？！牛腩也很軟爛，可惜的是我吃慣日式咖喱，雖然味道也不錯，但倒是沒那麼吸引我，不過單就食物質素來說，值得推介，畢竟口味是很主觀的，到上環想吃點平、靚、正的食物，不妨來試試。
