To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢度啲店員全部都好nice。見同街坊都好熟絡。朋友推介我過嚟必食韭菜花煎蛋蠔仔飯。試過就明白佢點解推介我試。成碗飯份量十足。真心好抵食。蠔仔勁大粒。好肥美。加上韭菜煎蛋十分香口。同蠔仔好夾。配上秘製醬汁嘅飯好好食。原來呢度係用日本珍珠米。個人比較喜歡日本米柔軟Q彈。勝瓜鮮牛肉蛋泡飯。也因日本米特別好食。牛肉新鮮嫩滑。勝瓜蛋湯好甜。靚姐姐店員推介我地試芝麻雞翼。果然吸引。雞翼炸到香脆可口。但肉依然嫩滑多汁。配上芝麻勁香口。蕃茄墨魚腸豆腐米粉。這款湯也是好清甜。加上蕃茄就比較開胃。豆腐好香滑。墨魚腸好特別。凍檸檬茶都推介。茶底夠濃又不會澀。
