To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

壽司達人既款式多而且好食，食物質素高，價錢大眾化。以往多數幫襯大型連鎖日式壽司店，但今年疫情持續，減少出外用餐，反而令我多咗幫襯壽司達人，我個人黎講好鍾意食日式食品、壽司，大型既店鋪食壽司多數價錢都係比較貴，而家唔洗出去就已經食到抵食壽司而且又好食，叫外賣送到黎都仲好新鮮，價錢又唔算貴！真係好開心店舖位置雖小唔太起眼，但當我試過第一次之後就愛上，而且每次叫烏冬或者日式咖喱飯都係味道一樣好食保持到水準！講到底都係想大家支持有質素既小店！A+B+C+D 餐抵食又正！
