To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間寶島食過冇數次，舖頭細細，但客人多多，一個人來必食「窩燒辛辣麵配肥牛」，帶細路來食，推薦大家試下「茄子肉燥飯」，個女成日食到lam lam脷。講下呢個「窩燒辛辣麵配肥牛」先，點解禁鍾意食？因為平時响其他地方食，d湯都會煮到好稀，而佢地呢度湯底會煮得比較濃，而且好似加左d秘製嘅方法落去咁，食起來香濃而惹味，d餸除左本薄片身肥牛外，另外會打隻生蛋旦落去，加上呢個窩嘅熱度，搞兩下，蛋旦會變左d蛋花，好好食，辣度又適中，由頭食到尾都會保持温度，keep住熱辣辣 另外「茄子肉燥飯」d肉燥汁撈飯都好好味架，不過肉燥份量多d更好。見到佢最近新出「部隊鍋」，真係好想試下，睇介紹嘅相，應該要兩個大人先食得晒。
