To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放假可以趕在下午6點前食左飯先，順便推介一下本區街坊最愛嘅飯堂之一，當然又喺太安樓入面。除左粉麵、湯飯（係一個有餸嘅湯加個白飯嗰種）外，佢都仲有碟頭飯，圖中所見就係其中一個我嘅私人推介，咖哩牛腩飯。堆介得一定有原因，佢個咖哩唔辣，但就好有牛味，淨係攞個汁撈飯都已經好好食，牛腩唔韌但又有啲咬口，做得好好，真係牛味同咖哩味完美融合。佢個湯雖然只係街坊湯水，但夠足料，湯料可以食埋，唔需要驚唔夠飽。另外佢有個咖哩豬扒飯，雖然當日無食到，但都係推介，一定要試，豬扒係有香茅味，加埋有牛味嘅咖哩汁，真係好食到暈。
