To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 打完風,難買餸不如一家人出街食飯,呢間以集團形式經營的酒樓比較低調,通常響唔起眼嘅地方開鋪,好似呢間咁門口好細,好彩個招牌夠大,如果唔係都幾難揾.周末全場未滿但都有9成人,食咗個反通脹晚飯宴($1398)另收加一.菜式有以不各種:1. 片皮鴨,燒得皮脆又唔多膏,本來唔錯,但薄餅只得12塊,咁孤寒,2. 焗釀原隻墨西哥鲍鱼,原來係個売係原隻,裡面釀咗D一粒粒唔知係乜嘅嘢,真揾笨3. 翡翠蝦仁花枝,蝦仁幾大隻又爽不过好細碟,4. 花膠金湯翅,無乜翅,花膠就有D5. 蒸海班變咗雙喜班,但係幾OK,唔係雪條6. 北菇原條海參,全晚最正,有好多海參,北菇又夠厚夠爽口7. 生菜鴨鬆,普普通通8. 白切雞, 無乜味炒飲反而幾好,夠乾身.做街坊生意,價錢唔可以貴,將貨就價可以理解,裝修雖然唔靚但坐得舒服,檯又唔逼,算係咁啦.
