To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去油尖旺買野，係地鐵站A1出口一上，就聞到好香既牛雜味，原來就係呢間店到傳出黎，咁啱又食係食中午時間，所以就入去試下 一睇就知係做街坊生意 因為好多公公婆婆都入黎食而我就被廚師吸引, 因為個廚師叔叔好有型 係型佬一名而店舖出名係牛 同魚蛋就揀咗2碗麵同一碟菜 2杯飲品 當LUNCH 牛魔王河粉 呢碗麵係田記必點 ，內裏有牛肚，牛腸，牛腩，牛肺，牛膀，樣樣都爽口彈牙，膠原感超重 而且份量十足，而湯底亦好重牛既鮮味，不愧叫做牛魔王，牛腩專門店絕對實至名歸招牌魚蛋河粉 魚蛋一咬落去，就食到好鮮既魚味，真係好似佢咁講，日日新鮮製造，碗湯仲有好濃既魚湯味，味道一流腐乳通菜凍豆漿及凍檸茶支裝豆漿，安全又衛生，而凍檸茶亦有茶記水準，唔錯
